We specialize in oblique or nearly vertical digital photographs. These "low altitude" shots are taken from 500' - 12,000' above ground level. The aircraft most commonly used is the fixed high-wing Cessna. However, some jobs may require a rotorcraft, depending on location and desired results. Advertised prices assume the use of fixed wing aircraft and no unusual circumstances.

Oblique aerial photographs are taken at an angle to the horizon.
This is the most common form of cosmetic aerial photography.
While capturing the subject in the foreground, this technique also displays significant surroundings. Oblique aerial photography is a great marketing aid for commercial property. It shows relation of subject property to access roads, waterways, developments and structures often exceeding 5-20 miles. It is also used to document construction progress.

Nearly vertical aerials are taken "looking" straight down and capture the subject from directly overhead. These photos show only rooftops of buildings. They are useful for documenting property and boundary lines or documenting accident sites. Roofing and paving contractors often use this form to showcase before and after results.
